LS Chamber of Commerce - Gala 2024 Event

The Lee's Summit Chamber of Commerce offers members a unique experience with a large Gala fundraising event every year. This year I was the Co-Chair of planning the event and was able to use my Graphic and Floral Design skills to make it an event to remember. The design projects included formal invitations, program/menus for guests, posters to highlight different sponsors of the event as well as a looping video to highlight sponsors and provide the "Hollywood awards" experience.

Printed 5x7 Tri-Fold Invitation
This tri-fold invitation was printed on a mat cover stock and all the gold elements had a UV coating to provide shine.

Printed Drink Tickets
The size of a business card, these drink tickets were handed out to all VIP and special guests to get a free drink of their choice.

24x36 Sponsor Posters & Wall Design
With the success of the 2023 gala's sponsor wall, we decided to keep the sponsor posters together once more. We needed it to feel different from the previous year's wall design and keep with the Tuscan vibe. Each poster was created by using AI generated watercolor images which I manipulated in photoshop to best match our theme.

Custom Designed & Made Stamps
With my Passport concept for the V.I.P "Tour of Tuscany" event, we needed stamps that our guests could use to "check" off the stations as they toured the event space. We struggled to find stamps that matched the theme and were similar in size. Because I have a Diode laser, I decided to go ahead and custom design the stamps. Created the night before the gala and with the use of some clip art elements and my husbands help, we got them cut and clued to custom cut wood blocks. They were a hit!
